Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 c. carrots, grated
Preparation

Combine eggs, oil and sugar.
Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; beat until smooth.
Stir in grated carrots. Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes, or until wooden pick comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Ice when completely cool.
