Minted Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
    1 heaping Tbsp. marshmallow cream
    1 tsp. essence of peppermint
    1 1/2 to 2 c. pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Cook sugar, water and syrup together until rolling boil; then boil exactly one minute.
    Take off stove, add marshmallow cream, peppermint and nuts.
    Stir in a circular motion until all nuts are coated and mixture hardens.
    Cool on wax paper.
