"Spirited Cheese Fondue" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. half and half
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    3 Tbsp. Drambuie
    6 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. smoked turkey, cubed
    1 sliced red apple
    1 sliced pear
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, heat half and half, mustard and Drambuie. Combine cheese and flour.
    Gradually beat into liquid.
    Cook over low heat, stirring until cheese melts and mixture is smooth.
    Dip bread, turkey, apple and pear into warm fondue.
    Makes 12 servings.
