Pistachio Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    2 c. crushed pineapple in own juice
    1 box sugar-free instant pistachio pudding
    1/4 c. nondairy whipped topping
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in large bowl.
    Mix well.
    Yields 6 servings.
