Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. tomato soup
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    2 Tbsp. onion
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, rice, egg, onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup soup.
    Shape into about 20 small balls.
    Place balls into skillet.
    In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
