Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained on paper towel
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 stick butter

Preparation

Melt butter in pan; use square cake pan to bake in.
Combine other ingredients well and pour in pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until well done.
Top will begin to brown and bread will be springy.
