Sesame Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned (approximately 2 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce (reduced salt variety)
    5 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1 bunch scallions, chopped
    Chinese peas
    celery
    carrots
    water chestnuts
    broccoli
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
    Place in a large bowl.
    Add sugar and mix.
    In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil and sesame seed.
    Pour over chicken.
    Add onions.
    Mix, cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
