Icebox Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yeast cake dissolved in 1 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. other shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. hot potatoes, mashed
    1 c. cold water
    1 tsp. salt
    6 to 8 c. flour
Preparation
    Add shortening, sugar, butter and mashed potatoes to yeast cake and water.
    Let stand for 2 hours in a warm room.
    Add 1 cup cold water, salt and flour and knead.
    Put in bowl and let rise double in bulk; knead again.
    Make rolls and store remainder in refrigerator in covered container.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 or more minutes.
