Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    5 large eggs
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 tsp. lemon extract
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream butter and Crisco with mixer.
    Add sugar.
    Mix in eggs one at a time and beat well as you go.
    Alternate milk and flour after it is sifted with baking powder 2 or 3 times.
    Add flavoring.
    Bake in 2 pans for 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
