Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    potatoes
    carrots
    1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) roast
Preparation
    Butter bottom and 1/2 way up sides of pan.
    Sprinkle onion soup in bottom of pan.
    Lay roast on top of soup.
    Put potatoes and carrots around roast.
    Mix soups and 1 1/2 to 2 soup cans of water.
    Pour on top of roast.
    Cover and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
