Zesty Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
8 oz. sour cream
Preparation

Peel and dice potatoes.
Steam until very soft.
Mash with potato masher or use electric mixer on low speed.
Add margarine and spices.
Gradually add in sour cream until creamy (usually about 4 ounces).
Serves 6.
