Sausage Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. crescent rolls, separated into 2 long rectangles
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheese
8 oz. pkg. Brown 'N Serve sausage, sliced
3 to 4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In a 13 x 9-inch pan, put rectangles of dough.
Press 1/2-inch up sides of pan and seal perforations. Layer cheese and sausage in pan.
Mix eggs, milk and seasoning. Pour over cheese and sausage.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted into pie comes out clean.
Cut into squares and serve.
