Cranberry Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. butter
3 to 4 lb. chicken or chicken breasts
salt and pepper
Preparation

Heat cranberry sauce, lemon juice, soy sauce and butter until melted.
Salt and pepper.
Lay chicken in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Turn chicken over and bake 15 minutes.
(Reduce baking time with skinless, boneless chicken.)
Good served with rice.
