Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped chicken breast
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 large jar pimento
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. crushed potato chips
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Boil chicken; saute mushrooms.
Mix chicken, onion, celery, mushrooms and pimento.
Stir in chicken soup, mayonnaise, curry and salt.
Cover bottom of large baking dish with 1/2 crushed chips.
Fill with chicken salad and top with remaining 1/2 of crushed chips and grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
