Meat Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 c. instant mashed potatoes
    1/4 c. shredded mild cheese
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, 1/2 cup soup, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley and seasoning.
    Press into 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Drain off fat.
    Top with prepared potatoes.
    Pour remaining soup over potatoes.
    Top with cheese and bake 10 minutes more.
