Country Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    In large bowl, stir together first 4 ingredients until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, toss to coat well.
    Cover and chill. Serves 8.
