Cranberry-Apple Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped orange rind
    1 (12 oz.) bag cranberries, coarsely chopped
    3 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and chopped
    1/4 tsp. ground allspice
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except apples.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
    Add apples; simmer 5 to 7 minutes more or until slightly thickened.
    Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate up to 4 weeks or freeze.
