Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small fryer or 4 whole chicken breasts
1 c. diced celery
3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
buttered bread or corn flake crumbs
2/3 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook chicken and cut into chunks.
Combine with celery, eggs, lemon juice, drained and sliced water chestnuts, undiluted soup and mayonnaise.
Turn into casserole and sprinkle with bread or corn flakes and cheese.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
