Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and shortening.
    In a measuring cup, add egg and vinegar. Beat well.
    Fill measuring cup up to 2/3 mark; add liquid mixture to flour mixture.
    Ready to roll out (I chill mine in refrigerator a couple of hours).
