Chocolate Chip Cookies(Yields 100 Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. 13 oz. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    7 oz. sugar
    1 lb. 2 1/2 oz. brown sugar, packed
    10 oz. shortening
    10 oz. butter or margarine
    large eggs (10 1/2 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    9 1/2 oz. peanut granules (optional)
    12 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Blend flour, baking soda, salt, sugar and brown sugar for 2 minutes in mixer on low speed.
    Add shortening, butter or margarine, eggs and vanilla.
    Mix for 1 minute on medium speed. Add chocolate chips and peanut granules (optional).
    Blend for 30 seconds on medium speed.
