Sausage-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, chopped (no edges)
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 lb. hot or mild sausage, cooked and drained
    6 eggs
    2 3/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    On bottom of casserole,
    layer bread, cheese and sausage.
    Beat eggs; add 2 1/4 cups milk and mustard.
    Pour this over the top.
    Next, mix
    1/2 cup milk with soup; pour on top. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, until set.
