Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, well drained
    2 c. seasoned packaged stuffing mix
    1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    6 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1 small onion, grated
    1 1/4 sticks softened margarine or butter
    fresh ground pepper to taste
    2 tsp. powdered chicken flavor bouillon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended.
    Roll into walnut size balls (50 to 60). Place, not touching, on greased jelly roll pan.
    Freeze until firm.
    Pack in plastic bags and bake as many as needed on ungreased pan in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Great to make ahead and have on hand when company shows up!
    Three balls contain 9 gr fat and 133 calories.
