Berry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. melted shortening
3/4 c. drained berries
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Combine egg, milk and melted shortening.
Add this to dry ingredients and drained fruit.
Stir until just mixed.
Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full and bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
