Country Club Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    1/4 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs until thick and lemon color. Mix remaining ingredients in order.
    Fill greased miniature muffin tins 3/4 full.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. These freeze well.
    Makes 2 dozen.
