Salmonburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 3/4 oz.) can Bumble Bee salmon
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. each: chopped onion, finely chopped green pepper and fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Drain salmon; flake.
    Combine ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Form into 4 or 5 patties.
    Pan-fry in small amount of vegetable oil until lightly browned on both sides.
    Serve on toasted hamburger buns.
    Top with favorite condiments.
    Makes 4 or 5 servings.
