Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    28-30 oz. frozen broccoli
    1 stick margarine or butter, divided
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 stack Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain REAL well (very important). In 1 and 1/2 quart baking dish, melt 1/2 stick margarine and 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese either in the microwave or over a pan of boiling water (homemade double boiler). Blend well. Pour over broccoli and mix. Melt 1/2 stick margarine or butter in a small frying pan. Coarsely crumble about 1/2 stack Ritz crackers. Fry in butter until well coated and hot. Pour over broccoli. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350\u00b0 until brown and bubbly.
