Apple Valley Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
4 c. diced apples (preferably Golden Delicious apples)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. soda

Preparation

Combine sugar,
oil, eggs and diced apples.
Set aside.
Sift together remaining ingredients and add to apple mixture.
Pour ingredients into a 9 x 13-inch greased cake pan and bake for one hour in preheated oven at 350\u00b0.
