"Page'S" Peanut Butter Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 c. crunchy peanut butter
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff; fold in peanut butter, sugar and almond extract.
    Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Enjoy.
