Sweet Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    pinch of salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cut sweet potatoes into small pieces and boil in water until soft; drain off excess water and mash real well.
    Add margarine while hot.
    Mix sugar, flour and salt.
    Add to potatoes.
    Mix well; add vanilla flavoring.
    Pour into a Pyrex dish and bake until done.
