Chicken Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts, halved
1 pkg. chicken flavored rice
1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
3 green onions, sliced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. black olives
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation

Combine rice with seasonings and amount of water specified on the package (omit butter).
Stir in remaining ingredients, including marinade from the artichokes.
Chicken breasts may be cooked in amy manner, then added to rice.
