Chicken Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken, cooked and cut up in small pieces
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 c. dry bread crumbs
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1/3 c. chopped pimento
    1/2 medium size onion, chopped
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. sage and poultry seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    If it seems too dry, add a little more milk.
    Shape in a loaf and bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
