Candy Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. sugar
8 oz. crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 egg
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
8 oz. Cool Whip
4 c. chopped apples
1 c. salted, dry roasted peanuts, chopped
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, pineapple with juice, egg and vinegar in small pan.
Stir over medium heat until thick.
Cool. Fold mixture into whipped topping. Add apples and peanuts.
Refrigerate.
