Lemon Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frying chicken
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 small onion, grated
    1 small garlic clove
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 4 serving portions.
    Marinate in barbecue mixture for several hours.
    Broil, turning and brushing often with marinade, until done.
    Yield: 4 servings.
    Carbohydrate 6 g, protein 3 g, fat 24 g, calories 372.
    One serving = 4 meat low-fat exchange, 2 fat exchange.
