Rhubarb Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rhubarb
    2 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
Preparation
    Cook rhubarb, sugar and water until rhubarb is of sauce consistency.
    Add dry jello.
    Chill in refrigerator with Cool Whip and fresh strawberries on top.
    When rhubarb is new and juicy, cut water to 3/4 to 1 cup.
