Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Cook over medium heat in a saucepan until it thickens, resembling a custard.
Use a hand beater at the beginning to thoroughly mix ingredients.
Pour filling into baked pie shell. Add meringue and brown in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Refrigerate for best results.
