Grecian Almond Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
pinch of salt
1 1/4 Tbsp. flour
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. chopped dates
Preparation

Remove eggs from refrigerator 2 hours ahead.
Beat egg whites with salt until stiff.
Beat in sifted sugar.
Fold in flour and coconut.
Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
