Fudgy Chocolate Cookie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. unsifted flour
    3/4 c. powdered sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 c. cold margarine or butter
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar and cocoa.
    Cut in margarine until crumbly (mixture will be dry). Press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Melt 1 cup chocolate chips over medium heat with Eagle Brand milk and vanilla.
    Pour over prepared crust.
    Top with nuts and remaining chocolate chips.
    Press down firmly.
    Bake 20 minutes or until set.
    Cool.
    Chill, if desired.
    Cut into bars.
