Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes chopped broccoli
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. mayonnaise
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook and drain broccoli. Add eggs, mayonnaise, onion and soup. Mix and place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Put grated cheese on top. Combine butter and herb stuffing and put on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, uncovered.
