Broiled Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 mushrooms per person
    sour cream
    celery salt
    mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Wash and trim mushrooms.
    Cut stems flush with bottom of mushroom.
    Place on broiler pan, cap side down. Salt with celery salt.
    Add dollop of sour cream to 1/2 of the mushrooms.
    Put Cheddar cheese on rest of mushrooms.
    Broil 2 or 3 minutes.
