Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, grated
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
1 carrot, grated
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
-
Pour boiling water over vegetables and let stand 1 hour. Drain well.
Mix other ingredients; pour over vegetables.
Cover and refrigerate.
Will keep 2 or 3 weeks.
