German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 c salad oil
4 c sliced apples
2 c flour
1 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2-1 c nuts
6 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp melted butter
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar, vanilla, oil, and dry ingredients. Stir in apples and nuts.
Batter will be stiff.
Bake in greased and floured 9x13 pan for 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
