Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sauerkraut
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. celery, thinly chopped
1/2 c. carrots, shredded
1/4 c. onions. chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, cut in thin strips
Preparation

Cut sauerkraut strands shorter with scissors.
Stir in sugar, let stand 30 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, cover tightly. Chill at least 12 hours before serving.
