Brandied Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs, beaten
    3 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. brandied fruit juice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. brandied fruit
Preparation
    Combine Wesson oil and sugar thoroughly.
    Add beaten eggs, then add dry ingredients (sifted together).
    Add brandied fruit, nuts, vanilla and extra juice.
    Mix well.
    Pour into well-greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    If using a tube pan, bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/4 hours.
