Men Like It Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 3/4 c. boiling water

Preparation

Mash cream cheese and pineapple, blending well.
Add nuts and celery.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; when cool, mix with cheese.
Pour into mold and chill until set.
