Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium to large zucchini, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can chicken soup
    1 pkg. Stove Top dressing (regular-size)
    1 stick margarine
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
Preparation
    Slice vegetables lengthwise, then across in 1/4-inch slices. Steam zucchini and onion until a bit crisp and drain.
    Mix sour cream and soup; add to zucchini.
    Melt margarine and pour over stuffing mix.
    Layer the two, making top layer stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
