Holiday Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
    2 c. all purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    In large bowl, combine sugar, orange peel, water, orange juice, oil and egg; mix well.
    Add flour, baking soda and powder and salt; stir until moistened.
    Stir in cranberries and nuts.
    Pour in pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes; cool 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan; cool completely.
    Wrap tightly and store in refrigerator.
