Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oleo
    2 onions, chopped
    2 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    5 eggs, beaten
    2 c. dry herb flavored stuffing
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Cook spinach in large pan; drain and add all other ingredients to spinach.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yield:
    24 small balls.
