Baked Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lemon
    16 oz. can sliced peaches
    15 1/4 oz. can sliced pineapple
    6 oz. jar maraschino cherries
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 orange
    16 oz. can pear halves
    16 oz. can apricots
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
Preparation
    Drain all canned fruit.
    Grate the rind of lemon and orange; peel and slice.
    Layer lemon and orange slices and other fruit in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Combine lemon and orange rind, brown sugar and flour; mix well and sprinkle over fruit.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serve hot or chilled.
