Italian Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. long grain rice, cooked and cooled
    1 qt. milk
    1 stick butter
    1 small bottle lemon oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 doz. eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Cook rice from directions on the box; add butter and cool. When rice is cool, add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into two 9 x 13-inch glass oven dishes and bake at 350\u00b0 until knife comes out clean when testing.
