Quick-Y Broccoli Benedict - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen cut broccoli with cheese sauce pouch
    2 slices English muffin, toasted (1 muffin split)
    2 slices cooked ham
    1 egg, hard-boiled and chopped
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Place unopened broccoli pouch in vigorously boiling water. Do not cover.
    Heat for 18 minutes.
    In small bowl, combine broccoli and mustard.
    Place ham on split, toasted muffin and top with broccoli mixture.
    Garnish with egg.
    Serves 2.
